What’s your daily skincare routine?

Night time & Morning time – cleansing, toning, oiling and creaming. weekly exfoliating & clay or turmeric mask. Some skin brushing and abhyanga – ayurvedic body oiling when I can.

What are you most passionate about and why?

Im passionate to live my best life and help inspire people to do the same by sharing my love for cooking of plant-based foods through my own experience. Cooking has a magical effect to bring us together. It brings Happiness and gratitude powerful qualities which have a massive ripple effect to make really positive change in the world!

What does a day in the life of Nathalie look like?

I wake up early, I hydrate & cleanse.

Then I have a hot lemon water, tend to plants, fermentations and my sprouts – my meditation 🙂

I move my body in different ways during the week- more mediation 😉

Green juice and moments to reflect.

I freshen and get ready for the day.

mushroom coffee and time to sit down to do admin until about 10 then Breakfast!

The rest of the day is determined by the work that i’m currently doing – it could be recipe writing, cooking, consulting or planning a workshop.

I always keep costume and walking shoes in car – for a swim in the ocean or a walk in the mountain whenever I can, somewhere during the day.

I always make sure to have a yummy Lunch and light dinner.

I try to wind down before bed but sometimes life happens 🙂

Before bed, I tend to all my fermentations again and I soak or sprout any grains I will be cooking or using the next morning.

I make a cup Camomile tea, do some light stretching and always have a delicious nights sleep.
